Bharam Namanya

Bharam-NamanyaED and Secretary to the Board: Bharam Namanya is a Development practitioner with a strong Population and Development background. Highly accomplished visionary, result oriented, self-motivated leader with over 19 years of progressive leadership. Committed public health practitioner, specialized and passionate about primary health care in particular sexual and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, population and development programs in developing countries. Exemplary at public relations, networking, advocacy and marketing programs especially community based programs for behavior change communication and service delivery. Bharam has served on a number of Boards which include; Civil Society Fund (2010-2014), CCM Board Uganda (2010-todate), Partnership Committee of Uganda Partnership program for HIV response (2010-2014), and Nurture Africa – National NGO, (2014-todate).
Bharam holds M.A (Demography), P.G.D (Demography), and B.A (Sociology) from Makerere University.
