Jannet is an Organisational Development and Human Resource specialist with over thirteen years of experience supporting civil society, non governmental organisations government and private sector in the region mainly East Central and Southern Africa.
Jannet has competencies in organisational and human resource development including recruitment, development of policy, advocacy and communication strategies, gender and HIV/AIDS analysis and programming. Highly experienced in successfully enhancing CSO ability to engage effectively in Policy processes through the development of effective communication and policy advocacy strategies.
She is also specialised in development and strengthening of governance, institutional structures and systems (policies and procedures) and training programs. In the same vein Janet is an accredited trainer with the International Labour Organisation and a trainer of trainers and experienced in designing training programmes and materials to include curriculums, manuals, and guides. She is therefore an accomplished facilitator and trainer and competent at business development for SMEs.
Jannet currently manages ACLAIM’s consultancy business and provides strategic marketing, management to the operations and various service portfolios, staff and assets of the organisation. In addition she identifies strategic business partnerships and opportunities in Uganda, the Region and internationally ensuring value for money for clients. Worth noting Jannet is the project manager for Human Resource for Health project funded by USAID in 32 districts.
